Are you ready for White Collar season 3?
Hope you're all caught up on the cons (and counter-cons and long cons and other cons of varying sorts) of White Collar because it got real at the end of the second season -- and things just escalate from there in the season three premiere.
After being captured by Adler and forced by him to break into the sub which he had miraculously salvaged, Neal and Peter see the art treasures firsthand and then manage to escape, turn things around and (eventually) save the day. Or do they? When the warehouse where the sub's treasures are being stored bursts into flames and eventually explodes (killing Adler), the trust between the two friends is put to its ultimate test as Peter discovers that Neal may have somehow stolen all the art and replaced it with forgeries. When confronted, the clearly hurt Neal doesn't contradict Peter and dares him to "prove it" -- even though we know he hasn't (he hasn't, right?) stolen the art.
The episode ends with Neal receiving a mysterious note that leads him to a warehouse and storage space that incredibly contains all the stolen art -- and the conman seems pretty happy about it.
That's where things stand heading into season three! Who stole the art? Will Peter and Neal be able to work together if they can't trust each other? How will Neal keep the treasure's existence a secret? What lengths will Peter go to discover the truth? How many times will Neal wear a fedora? All questions will be answered this season, so be ready.
White Collar season three airs Mondays at 10 p.m. ET. on Bravo
